Gite La Genivriere

La Genivrière is an old farmhouse that has been renovated recently. It is situated near the little village Bugarach, a village in the Aude (department) right in the centre of the Cathare country. It is surrounded by meadows and forests on a fenced-off terrain extending for 5 hectares. It's covered with a Mediterranean vegetation  and  beautiful scenery magnified by the "Pic de Bugarach" (highest peak of the Corbières mountains). 

La Genivrière has an unspoiled situation which will delight nature lovers. Because nature is still preserved here.

• It is a detached house in the countryside on a fenced-off terrain extending for 5 hectares. The old farmhouse is surrounded by meadows and forests. A grandstand view on "Pic de Bugarach" (1230m) from the terrace or the swimming pool.

• Indoor swimming pool, heated throughout the year. The pool building has its own kitchen, sitting area, sauna and huge Jacuzzi.

• Large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, and wide view on the lawn, orchard and the swing. Second terrace at the northeast-side of the house.

• Two living rooms  (TV en TPS) en two kitchens.

• 7 bedrooms with personal WC and bathroom or shower.
